Red Beard Barbecue is a fast growing and family oriented company and we are looking to add to that family, not as a weekend job, but as a career, come grow with us as we take over Central Oregon food truck and catering market.
We are looking for a qualified individual to manage and run one of our trailers, that will also be helping with catering and events from time to time.
You will have up to 8 months of training at a set base pay, then will move up to a “Management Position”. The goal is to have you ready to be on your own by next summer, or earlier????
Must haves:
Experience in the food industry
Personal hygiene and self care
Great customer skills
Creativity to create “specials”
Ability to work in high stress load environment
Self drive to better the company
Ability to make instant professional decisions
Drivers license and a car
Pay is DOE. You will have the option of salary pay once moved to management.
