Q***r Owned Buisness Spotlight and 2025 Theme Announcment!

We are thrilled to return to Downtown Park for our fourth year of celebrating Pride in Redmond, WA! Mark your calendars and save Saturday, August 30th, to gather with our community and celebrate our community once again!

Each year Pride Across the Bridge aims to feature a theme for Redmond Pride that highlights a q***r-owned buisness doing incredible work for our community. This year's theme is "Enchanted Together", highlighting the local q***r-owned buisness "The Botanical Fea!

Bio: The Botanical Fea is the q***r woman owned business ran by Katya! Where she makes fantasy inspired art and jewelry for q***r individuals and fantasy lovers, all items are handmade and designed by Katya to foster the feeling of childlike wonder in the young and old.

Want to help shape the heart of Redmond Pride? We’re looking for a Vendor Coordinator for the new Redmond Pride Committee — a key role in curating and communicating with the incredible lineup of artists, small businesses, and community organizations that make Pride so special!

Love organizing, communicating, and uplifting local q***r talent? This is the role for you!

As Vendor Coordinator, you’ll: ✨ Manage vendor applications (and make sure we’re uplifting diverse voices!) ✨ Communicate with vendors to make sure they have what they need to shine ✨ Coordinate booth layouts and logistics ✨ Be the friendly face vendors connect with before, during, and after the event!

Pride Across the Bridge serves East King County, our mission is to create a safe, inclusive and equitable community for 2SLGBTQIA+ people closer to home through unique safe space events, sharing of vetted resources, and elevating opportunities for local advocacy.

With an increase in deadly violence and legislative attacks against our vulnerable community, we need support from businesses like you to foster the incredible work being done for our safer future.

Redmond Pride 2025 will be our 4th annual event! Featuring 65 vendors and 15+ q***r performers! We brought over 700+ folks to our inaugural event, and have been welcoming more each celebration. Our downtown Redmond businesses see a big boost during the notoriously slow Labor Day weekend, and our community is excited to connect and explore!

Your involvement will help us bring many great improvements to Redmond Pride in 2025! 2 hours longer than the inaugural event and we couldn’t be more excited! Along with welcoming food trucks, we’ll be offering shuttle rides for easier access and increased attendance, featuring more local q***r performers, while continuing to elevate and showcase the talent and hard work of our Eastside LGBTQIA+ creators and businesses.

Help! Take a moment to support a local Redmond business! Hashtag in downtown Redmond needs your help before 2pm tomorrow, Tuesday.

Please email your comments to Redmond City Council before 2 PM tomorrow regarding the upcoming meeting about bollard legislation that impacts our Redmond store. 🙌

Hashtag has suffered 5 smash-and-grab burglaries in the last year, and despite the business's willingness to cover the cost of installing bollards to prevent these break-ins, the city has not approved our permit.

"The issue has reached City Council and we're asking the community to show support for preventing these crimes. One of the big reasons this keeps happening is because the City of Redmond's Public Works department has twice confiscated ecoblocks we've used to try to protect ourselves (after crashes #3 and #4), and were threatening to remove them for a third time on Friday, just 3 weeks after crash #5."lol

We are so incredibly grateful for the support of and ! Thank you! 🥹🙏🌈 And a huge thank you to for being our florist corresponder and for these exciting flower pics!! 😍

Each year we invite local leaders to attend our event and pass out flowers to event attendees. With this opportunity for leaders to add a splash of color to the community, it also offers a way to start meaningful conversations and puts faces to names of the people making decisions that impact all of our community.

We hope that this gentle gift of joy can breach barriers and bring about more understanding, compassion and connection as the larger q***r community begins to finally have a seat at decision-making tables on the Eastside. 🙌
