Yesterday was our first day back post Surgery and I didn’t post because I wasn’t sure if I was going to make it. The pain has been super intense and no breaks ( I would rather take unmediated childbirth).
But we are moving forward with our weekend schedule Ukiah Farmers Market Community sat 9:00-12:30 (leaving promptly to go see my surgeon) & Sunday Redwood Valley Farmers Market 9:30-12:30

Now with that said my baking schedule is limited for the next few weeks. If I didn’t bake your favorite item, thank you for understanding.. We appreciate your support while I heal. ❤️🥰❤️🙏 Friends of the Ukiah Farmers Market

Today’s to-do list was all about heavy things. When you have a small family farm some things can’t wait. Today I moved my last full bale of hay for 8 weeks (I can move a flake at a time), mixed grain for the boys, & Connor and I banded both Jett & Jamocha. That was a fun lesson with an almost nine year old who assured me he knows about balls (but he stayed with both boys to make sure they were okay). 🤷🏻‍♀️

Since I was hit by the car I have been on weight restrictions now surgery tomorrow and my weight restrictions are more intense no more than 5lbs for 3 weeks and a slow increase up to 8 weeks. So bear with me as I will be missing some events. Jam making will be more difficult without lifting (I have increased our online production time because we make it to order). Thank You for your understanding , prayers & good thoughts. I appreciate all the support & ❤️

Well we made sure to squeeze in one more Anderson Valley Brewing Company day before surgery so come on out to the AVBC Beer Park and grab a late lunch or dinner. We’ll be serving until the music stops 8ish.

We will be rolling into for the 3-5:30 at the city park off of commercial st.

Fairall’s Farm Food Wagon brings Amanda’s full menu, including her famous Sweet Potato Fries. The dinner special is Mac ‘n Cheese. Also on the menu: Lasagna classic red (meat or gf veggie). Pastries, too, including sourdough cookies: Peach Raspberry pop tart , classic chocolate chip or lemon cheesecake, sourdough cinnamon rolls & sourdough English Muffins to go with your jam. The latest restock of jams include sweet or savory pepper jams, Cranberry Onion Relish, Strawberry Champagne, Peach Raspberry Champagne , Apricot Jam, Apricot Pineapple Jam & Saucy Blackberry Jam.
