Pere Marquette Bistro and Catering PMBC is a small bistro featuring fresh and quality products,. Our menu can be tailored to fit any dietary need.

Pere Marquette Catering is located in beautiful downtown Reed City at the corner of Upton Avenue and Chestnut Street (business 131). We also have the privilege of having the White Pine Trail and the Pere Marquette Trail system at our back door. We provide a relaxing atmosphere for dining for both the businessperson and the traveler, with our restored tin ceiling, wood flooring and locally produced

brick walls. We are open Monday through Friday with varying hours. We are also a Catering Company traveling the beautiful state of Michigan. No celebration is too small or too large for our staff. We are here to create a relaxing, memorable event for you our friends and family.

Welcome to another week of "will they be open" and where in Michigan are they now!"
It's the first official week of summer and Mother Nature is showing us her summer colors!!!

WE are going to be in house this week on Tuesday and Wednesday, June 24th and 25th to serve you, starting at 11 am both days. WE will be hitting the road Thursday and Friday.... "On the road again!!"

Homemade Twice Baked Potato Soup with bacon and sausage.

How about a grilled shrimp salad with fresh peaches, berries, feta cheese and topped with toasted almonds, all on a bed of fresh arugula and baby spinach. Your choice of dressing.

Happy Thursday!!!! Guess what??? Tomorrow is Friday, again and we are going to be in house all day, lunch and dinner to take care of you!!!! Lunch starts at 11am and we will be serving until 7pm!!!

Lobster Bisque will be featured as our soup of the day

How about a Shrimp Caesar Wrap on warm Naan wrap with romaine and arugula, tomato, cucumber, avocado, onion and parmesan cheese. Caesar dressing will be the sauce.

Let's celebrate the beginning of summer with a New England style Lobster Roll on a warm pretzel bun, lettuce, tomato and mayo.

Then in honor of our favorite Pete Kent, how about a Pete's Sirloin Salad on a bed of romaine and spinach, tomato, avocado, cucumber, bleu cheese or feta, garlic bread croutons and our homemade candied pecans. Sweet Vidalia dressing will accompany this delicious salad.

Dinner starting at 4 pm...
12 oz New York Choice Strip Steak with sauteed portabella mushrooms and shallots
Atlantic Cod, lightly breaded and tasty

How about a Mediterranean Salad burger on a bed of romaine lettuce with our homemade tomato feta relish, hummus Greek Olives and a side of warm Naan Bread

Let's keep it light as we all know it shorts season... Homemade Tuna Salad or Chicken Salad either stuffed into a ripe and juicy Beef Stake tomato or on a toasted croissant.
Your choice. Keeping it light without the carbs, with some hard boiled egg, fresh avocado, matchstick carrots and cucumber or with carbs and the croissant with lettuce and tomato. EIther way it's light and delicious.

We look forward to serving you on Wednesday. Thursday this week we are back on the road to Ferris and our friends at Wolverine Power, but we will be here on Friday to serve you starting at 11 am and serving until 7 pm. Who knows there may be homemade Alfredo on the menu Friday night!!!

Happy pre Thursday to all!!
Big shout out, from our crew and especially me to our good friend Kathy, Master Gardener extraordinary, for taking on our bump outs again this year. They are beautiful, healthy and still alive!!! Thank you Kathy from all the plants in the world.

Thursday the BISTRO doors will be open starting at 11am and serving until 2. (Back on the road at 4 tomorrow afternoon)

Cheddar cheese with bacon and broccoli

Summertime salad on a bed of baby spinach, with grilled jumbo shrimp, sliced apples, fresh berries, aged asiago and toasted sweet and salty almonds. Try our Reapberry ving or Apple Cider ving dressing to complete this salad.

How about our homemade Chicken Salad on a toasted croissant with crisp bacon, mayo and lettuce. Your choice of onion rings or our homemade chips with this sandwich
