Good Morning from the PMBC crew!!!
It's Wednesday, November 5th and we will be in the BISTRO to serve you some delicious lunch today. Service will be 11-2 pm today.

This will be our last day in the BISTRO for a couple of weeks, due to our crazy on the road schedule. We will try harder to keep up on the social media part of our lives to keep you informed.

Homemade Twice Baked Potato Soup is on the menu today

Grilled Chicken Caesar Wrap on a tomato wrap with romaine, tomato, onion, avocado, Parmesan cheese and our Caesar aioli.

Grilled Cheese HBLT on grilled sourdough with herb cheese spread, lots of melted cheese,
Apple cider roasted ham, crisp bacon, lettuce, tomato and aioli.

Grilled Chicken BLT Salad on mixed greens with tomatoes, hard boiled egg, cucumber, matchstick carrots, crisp bacon crumbs and garlic bread croutons. Served with Honey Mustard dressing.

Well Wednesday is almost finished and we are moving on to Thursday...

Homemade Butternut Squash Soup for the autumn season

Beef Short rib Quesadilla with fall apart juicy short ribs, melted mozzarella and coita cheese and sweet pickled red onions. Homemade tortilla chips, salsa, guac and sour cream on the side

Homemade Chicken Salad BLT on a toasted croissant with crisp bacon, lettuce, tomato and a touch of mayo

Fresh spinach, berries of the season, toasted almonds and grilled shrimp with your choice of dressing will be our salad of the day.

Happy Tuesday evening to all...A big shout out to Tim and the Metropolitan Steel group for having us last night at beautiful Barothy Lodge. We thoroughly enjoyed visiting with the crew again this year. Until next year!!!!
So tomorrow is Wednesday and we will be in the BISTRO to serve you starting at 11am.
Homemade Vegetable Beef Soup will be on the menu

How about a Cuban Sandwich on warm NAAN bread with grilled Applewood smoked ham, pulled pork, pickles, our special mustard aioli and lots of melted Swiss cheese?

How about something different with a Grilled Chicken Bacon Chopped Salad? Fresh romaine lettuce, tomato, hard boiled egg, fresh avocado, and matchstick carrots all tossed with our Bacon dressing and topped with toasted pistachios and homemade garlic bread croutons.

Thinking we need to keep is simple too... Homemade Tuna Salad on a toasted croissant with lettuce, tomato and our homemade pickles. Served with a side of our crisp fries.
