Pere Marquette Bistro and Catering PMBC is a small bistro featuring fresh and quality products,. Our menu can be tailored to fit any dietary need.

Pere Marquette Catering is located in beautiful downtown Reed City at the corner of Upton Avenue and Chestnut Street (business 131). We also have the privilege of having the White Pine Trail and the Pere Marquette Trail system at our back door. We provide a relaxing atmosphere for dining for both the businessperson and the traveler, with our restored tin ceiling, wood flooring and locally produced

brick walls. We are open Monday through Friday with varying hours. We are also a Catering Company traveling the beautiful state of Michigan. No celebration is too small or too large for our staff. We are here to create a relaxing, memorable event for you our friends and family.

Good Wednesday Evening to all
I apologize for the late post. YES we will be in the BISTRO to serve you tomorrow, Thursday, April 10th, starting at 11 am. Word of warning it will be the only day this week and probably next week. Come on in and see us!!!

Homemade Beef Vegetable Soup will be simmering in a few short hours.

How about a Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich in a tomato wrap with slaw, arugula, homemade pickles, breaded chicken breast, siracha aioli and melted pepper jack cheese. Let's add some
seasoned tater tots and your choice of a cup soup or side salad.

How's about some Cuban Sliders??? Grilled ham, pork, homemade pickles, lots of melted Swiss, and our mustard aioli.

Let's do a version of our Salad burger with a 1/3 # char-grilled burger, house made pimento cheese, all melted and gooey, ripe beef stake tomatos, pimento stuffed green olives, with onion aioli.

Who doesn't need a shot of Spring today??? After the past couple of days that Mother Nature has thrown at us.
YES, we will be in house all day tomorrow, Friday, starting at 11 am to serve you. YES, we will be here to serve you dinner until 7pm tomorrow night!! Exciting from our end!!!

Given our catering schedule for the rest of April and May, this may be one of our last Friday nights for a while. We will try to post on Monday's the schedule for the week.

So... How about our Homemade Cream of Mushroom Soup on the menu tomorrow?

Philly Sliders with slow roasted Prime Rib, sauteed mushrooms, onions and lots of melted Provolone cheese. A side of horsy sauce, au jus and some crisp seasoned fries finish out this special.

Homemade Tuna Salad on a toasted Pretzel Croissant with Havarti Dill Cheese, lettuce, ripe Beefsteak Tomatoes, and a shot of Dill Aioli sauce

Let's finish the specials off with a Grilled Shrimp Greek Salad on a bed of crisp romaine lettuce, Greek Olives, tomato, cucumber, red onion, Feta Cheese, and warm Naan bread on the side. Served with our Mediterranean Feta Dressing.

Specials? Honestly haven't thought that far, but we know they'll be delicious 😋😋!

Hey did anyone tell you that the SUN was shining bright today and yes it is getting warmer and melting!!! Maybe Mother Nature is taking some better drugs!!!!

So tomorrow is Thursday, March 27th and yes we will be here starting at 11 am to serve you some delicious lunch!!!

Homemade Creamy French Onion is the soup of choice

Going to try something different, only us!!, We are making a homemade Pretzel Croissant Sandwich with turkey, crisp bacon, tomato, arugula microgreens and a smokey onion mustard aioli. The proto type today looked and tasted fantastic!!!

Also Fresh Baby Spinach topped off with an assortment of berries, Grilled Salmon or Shrimp, your choice, hard boiled egg, feta cheese and toasted pumpkin seeds. We have a new Lemon Vinaigrette that is very light and flavorful that we feel will be great with this salad.

Alright Mother Nature..... We have had enough already.

Good afternoon from the crew of the PMBC.
We will be on the road Tuesday and Wednesday this week. We are planning on being in house to serve you lunch on Thursday and Friday starting at 11 am.
We hope to see you then!
