What a week! Last week began with a local catered lunch and ended on a BIG sweet note!

2 wedding cakes, 2 smash cakes, a small baby shower cake, & goodies for 2 dessert bars!

Last night we catered a fun crowd in Fowler! The dinner consisted of ribeye (grilled on-site), baked potatoes, tossed salad and dinner rolls.

Ribeyes were purchased local from Farm to Fork in Monticello, we highly suggest checking them out & supporting your local businesses!

I also couldn’t have accomplished last nights event without the help of my parents, so THANK YOU! ❤️

We recently catered 2 events at Carpenter Creek Cellars Winery! 🍷

Lunch on Thursday was hand sliced Italian beef on homemade French rolls, mushroom fettuccine, pasta salad, potato salad, broccoli salad and finished with cheesecake shooters.

Dinner on Friday was BBQ pulled pork on homemade buns, smothered chicken, green beans, broccoli salad, tossed salad and ended with an assorted brownie and cookie tray!

Menu Change! Like a lot of businesses, we've found what works for us & what doesn't after the first few months in operation.

After a lot of consideration, the following items are being removed from our menu - cake pops, cakesicles & sheet cakes. (Round cakes & cupcakes are still available!)

Thankfully, in addition to our catering & desserts, this also means we can focus more on the items we thoroughly enjoy creating... pies!!

If you are a client who has any of the removed items booked in the future, those items will still be honored, as promised.

How about these boxes?! 😍 A local business sent their hardworking employees out for a spa day & asked us to create a snack box to go with them.

Included in the boxes: chocolate croissants, pecans, fresh fruit, macarons, chocolate chip cookies, tea sandwiches (cucumber with herb aioli & proscitutto, cucumber & pickled ginger spread) & individual bottles of orange juice!

Big things are happening at Frey Catering Co! We’re excited to be collaborating with Earth Magic in Rensselaer for lunch specials and baked goods!

As promised, BIG news today! Earth Magic has officially partnered with Frey Catering! Frey Catering will be offering ALL the food options beginning April 23rd! We are SUPER excited!
You are still going to get all the health options with some new twists. Keeping some favorites such as protein bites and parfaits! Several options for my vegan and vegetarian friends. We will even have a gluten free option for lunch! The menu is wonderful and I'll share with everyone next week!
