Vamos amigos!! It’s Fajita time!! This weekend we did a big catering job for Lakeridge HOA. They wanted to throw a dinner for all of their home owners so of course they called us to cater it 🥳 We did a whole Fajita line up for 150 people that day with both Chicken & Steak sautéed with Bell Peppers and Onions, Beans, Rice, Flour Tortillas, our “From Scratch” Salsa, Pico de Gallo & Guacamole plus our Made-in-House Tortilla Chips. And of course a side of Fresh Fruit to keep things on the healthy side 😜 We take our job seriously, but when it comes to catering we like to show up with STYLE and CLASS from the way we present and serve our food to our employees always being top notch and looking their best for for you guys.
