We wanted to give a special birthday shoutout to some people that mean a lot to Paisans. Mike is the big boss man who keeps this deli rockin, Jose is one of our amazing workers who’s always killing it on the grill and last but not least Uncle Bob! He’s a seasonal worker but most importantly he’s part of the family and so hilarious 😆 HAPPY BIRTHDAY GUYS!!!! WE LOVE YOU!

If you have it on our “Made in House” Focaccia Bread then you will really be transported to that buzzy neighborhood steeped in Italian heritage! So now, thanks to Mike, you don’t have to drive 4 hours and pay a toll fee to satisfy your craving 🙌 You can just come on down to Paisans and try one out! Meet our Card Group! They are from “New Comers & Neighbors Of Northern Nevada” It’s a club with some of the nicest people you’ll ever meet and definitely some crazy good card players 😉 They have been coming to Paisans for almost a year now and we always make sure to have some tables reserved just for them every Wednesday. Here at Paisans we will always appreciate the customers that choose us not only for lunch but a place to enjoy their afternoon with some friends. Getting to be their hang out spot on Wednesdays is an honor! Thanks for choosing us guys 🫶

Looking for something filling, fresh and full of flavor? That’s also low in calories and carbs (well if you don’t eat the bread 😂) try out our Tri Tip Salad! Our meat is marinated for 48hrs in our “Secret Recipe” and cooked till perfection on the grill. Then we thinly slice our meat so it just melts away in your mouth as you eat it 🤤 top it off with our House Italian Dressing and some freshly Sliced Tomatoes 🍅 all on some crisp romaine lettuce. Oh and don’t forget the side bread! That’s also made in house 😉

Chicharrón is a Spanish word that translates to "crackling". It's a dish that's popular in Central & South America, Spain and of course here at Paisans 😉 It has taken us some time to master the art of cooking Chicharrón. But when we say master we really mean it. We set the bar for Chicharrón as far as quality 🤤 Our Chicharrón is second to none and we would gladly challenge anyone here with this one. If you don’t want to take our word come and try it out yourself. Every other Friday come smell the wonderful smells of these guys crackling and enjoy it dry and crunchy. Then it is available all the time in our amazing salsa verde salsa. Oh did I mention we serve the tacos in a crunchy tortilla?!! 😯

Sammy’s Grilled Garlic Tri Tip Sandwich 🤩 We start with a fresh piece of our ‘Baked in House’ Dutch Crunch Bread, add a layer of our thinly sliced 48hr Marinaded Tri Tip, then drizzle with the tastiest Pesto Sauce you’ve ever put in your mouth and some freshly slice Tomatoes, Onions & Lettuce 🤤 All you need is a nice big soda and some chips then just call it a day! Vamos amigos!! It’s Fajita time!! This weekend we did a big catering job for Lakeridge HOA. They wanted to throw a dinner for all of their home owners so of course they called us to cater it 🥳 We did a whole Fajita line up for 150 people that day with both Chicken & Steak sautéed with Bell Peppers and Onions, Beans, Rice, Flour Tortillas, our “From Scratch” Salsa, Pico de Gallo & Guacamole plus our Made-in-House Tortilla Chips. And of course a side of Fresh Fruit to keep things on the healthy side 😜 We take our job seriously, but when it comes to catering we like to show up with STYLE and CLASS from the way we present and serve our food to our employees always being top notch and looking their best for for you guys.
