We are a full event planning and design company working on events across the United States. Through commitment and attention to detail, Once Upon a Time Events has earned a reputation for creating original and artistically inspired concepts and designs. Our mission is to create a distinct, memorable, and artistic design for each event. Our goal is not only to fit our client's needs, but to exceed

their expectations. We pride ourselves in being able to interpret each client's unique style and coordinate unforgettable memories. We do more than create events; we create an atmosphere of excitement, emotion and creative expression. We accept each event as a very serious undertaking and treat it as if it were our own. We focus on Weddings, both Traditional & Ethnic, Corporate & Non-Profit Events, GALA’s, Airshows as well as private events. Jessica Pete, Owner and Lead Planner originally came from Seattle, Washington and lives with her family on the Central Coast of California. Her team is amazing and works on each event as if it were their own. She partners with vendors that she feels offer superior quality, modern ideas and design as well as amazing client services. Our customized and personalized service assists clients in the designing, planning and management process one step at a time. This allows our clients to never feel overwhelmed; we instill calmness and order in our clients as we design, plan and manage their special occasions. We now have offices in Reno/Tahoe + Santa Barbara CA and are ready to work with you on your next big event!
