We recently served a private dinner to a charming group. The meal started with a generous cut of ribeye steak and parmesan crusted salmon, red skinned mashed potatoes and roasted vegetables. To cap off the evening we served a dessert trio of a French buttery heart shaped pastry crust glazed with a Cacao Barry chocolate layer, topped with mixed fruit arranged on a layer of velvety Crème Bavaroise, accompanied with a rose macaron and a mini blueberry lemon tartlet.

We'd like to thank everyone who came out today to support our 3rd annual Shop & Treat event!😍 A lot of kids and families with cute costumes came by to our Cupcake Walk🧁, including the Sherman Ninja Turtle family. We had a great turnout even with the rain. Big thanks to for helping us organize the event + all the vendors who participated. We love having the Fairwood community come together!❤️
