It’s Friday! And we are excited because tomorrow we have our first wedding of the year Camarillo Ranch] , seemed fitting to post a photo of the last wedding we coordinated there for Kris and Shannon. Here to say small intimate weddings are still a thing. The fiancé and I have officially started wedding planning and we decided on a small intimate wedding of 50 guests. I never I thought I would feel stressed planning my own wedding, being in the industry and all, I thought to myself it’ll be easy peasy. But I never quite thought of the personal aspect that comes along with planning e.g The who should we invite and who’s feelings will we be hurting and boy oh boy am I feeling it now. For my couples planning their weddings, big or small you’re definitely not alone. Just remember that this is your day and the way I see it is if someone truly loves you and respects you they will be understanding and will respect your decisions. Just be open and honest with your loved ones and hope for the best ❤️.

For anyone planning on a small intimate wedding I leave this inspo of Ed & Lee’s 40 person wedding right here. Just look at how beautiful it looked, their wedding has definitely been some inspiration for me 😍.

Nowadays guests most commonly bring you cards, it’s rare to receive physical gifts, and let’s face it deep down I think we all want the cards 💌😉 . This is why you’ll want to think of ways to spruce up your welcome table, you’ll want more than just your card box and guest book on there. Walking into the weekend like….. Happy Friday y’all! Starting tomorrow we have no weekends off until Thanksgiving weekend. We are eternally grateful for all of our clients who have chosen to make us a part of their special days. We still have 24 weddings left to close off this years wedding season, 14 of those weddings are all happening in the month of October alone. With that being said we will be extremely busy these next couple of months, if your wedding or event is more than 3 months away please don’t be alarmed if it takes us a little longer to get back to you as we try our best to navigate this wedding boom 💥. 🙏🏻☺️

The tickets for the Bridal showcase are now available! Come out and meet & greet our fabulous vendor line up Sunday November 7, from 11:00am to 3:00pm. There will be 25+ vendors showcasing their talents, from caterers, bar companies, photographers, dj’s, etc… every vendor you need to plan your most perfect day. This year we’re doing things a little different and we will also be having some crafting vendors selling their handmade wedding inspired crafts. Some come out, eat, drink, shop, and have fun 🥂 🥳 oh but wait… there’s ☝🏻 more thing… Herbie the camel will also be there ready to greet you and say hello 👋🏻 😁 🐪. What cost less? DIY wedding venue or all inclusive wedding venue? That’s a commonly asked question when couples begin to plan their wedding and to be honest there is no right answer. There’s a common misconception that DIY might cost less because you have the flexibility of choosing your own vendors, and although is some cases that might be so in others it might actually cost you more. What it comes down to is what does your DIY venue include? To they provide tables / chairs or is it a completely blank canvas? If it’s the lather it could end up costing you more as you have to bring in all the rentals yourself, the cost of rentals can add up to your overall budget as it depends not only on your guest count but also on your own personal style / taste. Are you going basic tables with poly tablecloths, or are you wanting rustic wooden tables? There are many variables to factor in when planning a DIY wedding. If you find yourself torn between the two and don’t know what to do, perhaps the first vendor you’d want to hire is a wedding planner. As wedding planners we’re experienced in… well all things weddings and can help guide you when it comes to choosing between the two. Your wedding planner will always have your best interest at heart and can come up with the best solutions to help you cut down on cost.
