Just wanted to let everybody know that we are canceling the race for this year, 2024. Things are way too busy for us this year. Thank you for all your support the past few years, we have met so many great people and had a lot of fun. We are reevaluating the future of the event. We will be talking with Jefferson county/Rigby Lake about possibilities for next years race. Thank you again and wish you all a great year!

As a reminder, the relay will consist of 3 or more people on a team. You can change the order of who runs, who bikes and who kayaks/paddleboards when every you want, just as long as only one person is making a lap at a time. Your team will run laps for 2-hours, and the team at the end, with the most laps, wins! If you have any questions, please send us a message. Thank you!

Hey everyone, we have a set date of July 22nd for the race this year. It will be at the Jefferson County(Rigby)Lake. Same day registration and setup will start at 6am, race will run from 7-9am .Please stay tuned for a link to registration, we are just updating our old website. The race with be relay style just like last year! So look at contacting your family and friends to build a 3-6 person relay team. What a fun race and a great turnout today for 2022 Paddle Dash Kayathlon Relay. Everyone really seemed to like the full relay option this year. Wanted to say thank you to all the sponsors, Summit Spine and Sport Chiropractic, Idaho Mountain Trading, Cassette Sunglasses, Sled Shed, Bill's Bike and Run, Rigby Physical Therapy and Jamba Juice.
