✨ Source local flowers: supporting small businesses and sourcing the freshest flowers available for our clients. These flowers were locally sourced from the several flower farms we try to support in the summer and fall in our local area.

✨ Color palette does matter: the colors and hues of your wedding can really make a big impact on the overall wedding design. When we choose colors we need to consider outfits, scenic location, tent design and decor, and the time of year. All these things can help to elevate the color palette.

✨ Repurposing flowers: we love the trend of repurposing flowers. Aisle flowers are a great way to use them twice. Down the aisle and inside your venue or tent location for your reception later on.

We know color is making its way back into the wedding scene again. We have had lots of fun color palettes already in the works.

We are still seeing beautiful neutral palettes but we are also seeing more bright and colorful palettes too.

It’s only been a few weeks into the new year. It’s been exciting to see what artists and designers are doing with the Pantone colors of 2024.

This year is “peach fuzz” what does that mean? The Pantone Color Institute studies color trends throughout the year in order to decide on the next Pantone Color of the Year. They take into consideration all aspects of society: fashion, marketing, social media and even politics. The hue chosen as Color of the Year has become increasingly influential in the vast world of design and brand marketing.

This heavily influences the trends we see with weddings each year. This affects the type of flowers being grown, and affects the flowers that go up in demand and price because of this new trend too.

It’s all exciting and I love seeing color come back into weddings with playful tones.
