Should I buy a chemical/product to add to the tank to make the septic system work “better”?
No - A septic system works naturally on its own. What you DO want to avoid going down the drain is excessive cleaning chemicals that are known to kill bacteria.

Thankful for our awesome employees! Last week we took a little break from the busy season and celebrated our fantastic Nelson crew with lunch from Jimmy Z's Food Truck and some fun fall activities! Who knew we had a team of artists... Better luck next time on the pressure washer pumpkin carving.
