Did you know that not only is elm Planning a full service planning company, but we also offer "a la carte" services for our clients, such as site inspections and hotel/venue contract negotiations? We’ve collaborated with a few organizations that prefer to handle the on-site management with their internal team but lack the expertise in selecting the best type of venue for their event. In such cases, we take care of the leg work and contracting on their behalf.

Why wouldn't you pay a small fee to ensure that not only your event is protected, but also that the space chosen, and the internal venue team is the right one to make it a success? To determine if our "a la carte" service could be beneficial to you, ask yourself the following questions:

·     What does your protection look like if your event cancels?

·     Are you being offered concessions such as discounts, free services, and upgrades?

·     Have you ever applied for direct billing?

·     Has the venue provided you in writing the details of your space? Do you know the square footage of the room?

·     For outdoor events, did you secure back up space if weather becomes a factor?

·     Are fees such as room rental, bartender, and internet fees being lowered or waived?

A heartfelt thank you to several colleagues, clients, and friends, for the wonderful surprise and warm wishes on our 15th company anniversary! 🥳 Your thoughtful messages truly made my day.

Time flies when you're passionate about what you do, and I found myself caught up in the whirlwind of preparations for an exciting conference in Phoenix. As I reflect on the the past 15 years, I'm reminded of the amazing clients and partners who have been an integral part of our success.

From weathering the storm of a global pandemic to steering through the intricacies of a sale, repurchase, and a strategic partnership – every twist and turn has shaped us into who we are today. These challenges weren't roadblocks; they were opportunities for growth and transformation. Our journey has been enriched by the addition of amazing clients, partners, and staff who have become the heartbeat of our success. Yet, in the ebb and flow of life and business, we've also bid farewell to a few connections. Some departures were timely, ushering in positive change, while others were bittersweet goodbyes, acknowledging that paths diverge for a reason.

I want to express my gratitude to our clients for trusting us and being an integral part of our success story. A big shoutout to our incredible team whose hard work, passion, and dedication have been the driving force behind our accomplishments.

As we celebrate our past, we also look forward to an exciting future. The journey ahead holds new challenges, opportunities, and milestones waiting to be achieved. With a strong foundation and an even stronger team, I am confident that the best is yet to come.
