All packs are frozen and come with instructions for easy reheating!

January Menu:

Birria Bao - $10.50 for 5 Bao
Bao are Chinese steamed dumplings, made of a white fluffy dough. Birria is a Mexican stewed beef, packed with flavor. Together, these traditional flavors work beautifully. These dumplings come with the savory consommé the birria was cooked in. This recipe is dairy free!

Smoked Shotgun Shells - $10.50 for 4 Shells
These manicotti are stuffed with ground beef and chorizo and seasoned with a house blend of spices, cilantro, onion, jalapeño, banana pepper, and mozzarella. (We also have a non dairy mozz option as well!) The shells are wrapped in bacon and smoked for 2 hours until delicious!

Chicken Tinga Tamales - $10 for 6 Tamales
Tamales made with a house seasoned masa to compliment the chicken tinga, a slow cooked chicken made with tomatoes, onions, garlic, a house blend of Mexican spices, and chipotle. This chicken is cooked for 6 hours then wrapped in masa and corn husks, and steamed to perfection. This recipe is also dairy and gluten free.

A little about us:

My name is George. After the military, I decided to chase my cooking passion and went to the Oregon Culinary Institute to learn the craft. I’ve worked in kitchens before, but when the pandemic hit, I learned other skills as those jobs went away. A year ago my brother, Richard, and I wanted to start a cooking business focusing on food and flavor at a great price. We love to experiment on traditional foods to create awesome new flavors and different ways to look at food. Every month we will have a new menu, with fresh take son traditional foods!
