We’re looking for volunteers! If you agree to help us you get to attend this awesome event for free. You should also contact us if you have an idea, want to perform or vend, want to host a room crawl, or something we haven’t thought about yet.

Thank you to all the Polynesiacs out there for your overwhelming support. You asked for more, and we delivered. Passports with the numbers 500 to 1,000 (all hand stamped with individual numbers and signed by me) have just been made available on the Jungle Flower site.

When and how to get your hands on passes to Mai Tai Mayhem 2025!!!

Passes for room reservation holders will go on sale Saturday September 14th at noon. We will be sending an email to everyone with a room reservation that is booked as of this Friday the 6th. I know some of you out there in Mayhemland are saying to yourselves “Hey, Big Tuna, I never gave ya an email address. What gives!?!” Well, this is the part you need to pay extra special attention to, everyone gather under the cone of silence. We have a super secret squirrel task for you to complete, we’ve set up this link, https://forms.gle/MfcEMykCgUJxfqTf7 to collect your email addresses so we can send you the super duper top secret link for presale passes.

Now, for those of you SLACKERS who haven’t booked yet, there is still hope. While the number of available rooms are dwindling, there are still a fair amount left for you to scurry and book one before this Friday in order to qualify for presale passes. Once you book your room, follow the link above and register your email to get early access to passes.

For everyone else, passes will be on sale September 21st at noon. Of course if rooms are available after passes are on sale, you by all means can book whenever but if you want a guaranteed pass, having a reservation is the way to go. Keep in mind, there is no deposit or paid in full obligation for making a reservation.

Now the deets on passes.

Passes for Mai Tai Mayhem will be $180 per person for access to the entire weekend’s events. There is no tiered system or any of that hoopla, if you’ve got a pass, you’re in on all of the fun you can handle in two days which will include the following:

A swag bag full of fun goodies!

Catered brunch both Saturday and Sunday

Catered dinner on Saturday night

2 drink tickets to be used at either of our two bars that will be operating throughout the course of the day both Friday and Saturday.

Nonstop poolside entertainment throughout both Friday and Saturday consisting of a slew of our favorite DJs spinning vinyl in the dome to get the party vibes afloat. In addition to DJ’s, we’ve got a ton of awesome bands playing poolside both days that will absolutely shred your face with their surf rock wizardry.

We have a full roster of speakers including Jeff Chenault, Margo Scott, and Tim Harnett! More announced soon!!

You can shop to your heart’s content in our amazing marketplace!

We will also be hosting a tiki swap meet, a vinyl swap meet, Rum tasting, easy listening poolside bingo, and quite possibly the most ridiculous mini golf tournament you’ll ever see.

And that’s what we’ve got going on during the day to get you ready to party for not one, but TWO nights of crazy room crawl mayhem on Friday and Saturday! I’ve been in talks with our room crawl groups and they have got some amazing stuff prepared for you that you will not want to miss!

Your pass to Mai Tai Mayhem will open up a weekend of fun and shenanigans you’ll rarely find anywhere else! Escape your winter doldrums in beautiful Richfield, Ohio with us under the warmth of the old Holidome.

Many of you have asked about extending your reservation beyond Friday and Saturday.

Without getting into a bunch of reservation system mumbo jumbo, the hotel's system is not set up to be able to extend the room block dates without blocking out the entire hotel for those dates as well.

We have spoken with the awesome team at Venue South, Richfield Ohio Quality Inn and they have instructed us to let you know that you can create a separate reservation(s) for any additional days you would like to stay at the hotel (Thursday or Sunday for example) and then call them after making all of your arrangements online to let them know. Once that is done, they can link the reservations together so that you will be in the same room the entire weekend.

Please be patient while we all suffer these growing pains together and remember a taste of honey is a lot sweeter than a pile of guano!
