To our valued customers. First, The Coop Luxury Picnics would like to thank you all for your continued support. We truly appreciate each and everyone of our clients, past, present, and future ones.
It is always our goal to ensure that we provide our clients with the best experience that we can possibly provide. Unfortunately, not everything is within our control. Sometimes the weather, the wind, traffic, etc. happens and we really do our best to work through all of that. If you are not in a private setting or in your home, we cannot guarantee in a public setting that your picnic will be completely private. There are times where we do make a call as business owners to ensure the safety of our clients, and to try to provide the most intimate and peaceful setting for your luxury picnic. We also have to look out for our products and decorations, that we have invested in as they can easily get ruined by certain things in specific environments. At The Coop Luxury Picnics sometimes we make the call to change things up for our clients because of things that we see and notice prior to our set up. Rude and demeaning comments will not be tolerated, and we will not accept repeat clients if they speak to us in such a manner. The Coop Luxury Picnics is our business that we have invested and continue to invest a ton of time and money in. Every picnic we dedicate so much too, and would never do something intentionally to upset any of our customers. Unfortunately, if you book during a holiday weekend at a specific location, we absolutely cannot guarantee that you will be the only people around. We have been very lenient with time and have allowed people that are late to have extra time but this is time that we are spending away from our families and moving forward, picnics will start and end at the time given unfortunately even if you’re late. Also, our pricing is very on point to the other local companies in and around this town. I’m sure that another business owner wouldn’t want to be told that they are too pricey or that they’re product isn’t worth the price, because we have never spoken to another business owner in this manner, and we will not accept being spoken to like this either . It really is unfortunate to have to write this message, but we really feel like it is time to put certain things out there that we have been very quiet about for almost 2 years now . You may see the ending result, but what you don’t see is the hours, days, months of planning prior to your occasion. There is so much that goes into our business, including a ton of labor, physical labor that we put our bodies through. This isn’t to complain. This is just to make others aware that are very uninformed of how hard we truly work. Again, thank you for those that are kind, supportive and really do see the worth in what we do. We hope everyone had an enjoyable and safe weekend.

Good morning friends and family, just a small announcement. We will be taking a step back from our micro weddings and travel weddings. We will still be offering small scale elopements, date nights, anniversary picnics, proposals etc.
We also are cutting down on travel and will be staying within our district of Richlands, Jacksonville and the beaches, ie Emerald Isle, Topsail and Wilmington. Thank you for your understanding. We truly appreciate everyone’s support and can’t wait to set up your luxury picnic occasion ❤️
