Just a quick reminder we will not be at Rising River Brewing today. We will return to our Saturday spot there next week. Pictures with Santa are next week up there as well. I still am not cleared to tow the trailer or drive over a certain amount. One more week of recovery than I’ll be just as annoying as before. ✌️ We will also start opening our Quakertown Lowe’s location on Saturdays starting December 14th.

We are open at Lowe’s in Quakertown! We have about 22 cheesesteaks left for the day. Yes we are selling them already at 8am. The have to have today is our signature creamy cracked pepper white cooper Mac and cheese. Using only and all Cooper Cheese products. This version features their cracked black pepper cooper and original white cooper. We do have a version that takes the pepper out and adds orange cooper instead. We may roll that out next week. What will we put the Mac in or on ? Sit tight I’ll update this post shortly. I got a banger from the vault for today’s special. Aight ? ✌️.

Added pic is our bacon Mac and cheese burger. Topped with sriracha as shown. Get one. Once the Mac is gone so are they.

We hope you all have a great thanksgiving. We are thankful for each one of you. We appreciate the support the lessons learned and we are grateful to have another year ahead of us. Please remember to support our local friends tomorrow! We are open all day in Quakertown. There are plenty of spots owned by your neighbors to have some lunch or grab a unique gift on Black Friday. Get your upbeatable deals but don’t forget to shop small. Talk with the owners. Get to know them….. i know ewwwwww. You get the point. We appreciate you all again! If you’re paying more than 12 dollars for a cheesesteak we are sorry. I’m just so confused by 25 to 30 dollar cheesesteaks. It’s gotta be get it while you can mentality, it’s all I can think of. I’m in the industry I see the prices. Like first hand see what the raw untouched product is. We need to do better as businesses owners that’s just my opinion. What costs is it that’s we are passing on charging 30 dollars for some steak and bread ? We are giving thanks this year to our customers by not raising prices. If you enjoy the cheesesteak, you’ve paid all the money for by all means I hope you support that business and continue to pay the $20-$30 for the cheesesteak. I got a $25 cheesesteak and I felt dirty afterwards I felt like I paid for something that really any of us could make if we tried. So pay me 12. That covers my time and feeds my kids. ✌️ no this is not a bashing post. I have 2 places I will pay 20 plus dollars at. I still think it’s wrong lol but I’ll pay it. This is a post about what we have to offer to you. Ok ? Ok we are open today until 4 and all day Friday. Lowe’s in Quakertown!

We are open in Quakertown at the Lowe’s. We will have cheesesteaks. They will be 10 each when you buy 2. You must buy 2 to get the deal. Side and drink still included. Door dash will be up. Specials are as mentioned yesterday but won’t hit until Tuesday as I have to go back to the dr today. So……. Come grab some food. Say hi to Bobby. I’ll be back tomorrow if I can stand up straight. Oh hey 👋 been a day or two. I’m starting to feel somewhat human again so figured I’d stop in to say we will 110% be open Monday. 7am!! Cheesesteaks will be 2 for $20 Monday. Walk up or call in only. Door dash not included. We will have Mac and cheese. Our signature creamy Cooper Cheese Mac. Which mean the Mac n cheez burger will be making its winter time debut. You will have to tune in on Monday to see what else we do with this awesome best mac & cheese you’ll get in the area. Many have had it a few may even comment and tell you how good it is.

Look for a few new specials. Soups will start Monday as well. My special fire roasted tomato bisque will start the week. Sub an 8ounce for your potatoes or grab 16ounce with side and drink as a meal!!!! We really appreciate your patience and the lack of s**tty comments while I was laid up. I will have 2 more surgeries but let’s hope the both remain scheduled. We will see yall Monday!! ✌️

Also cooper sent me a bunch of stuff. So I’m gonna sent them a bunch of content since we use their white, orange , and cracked pepper so regularly. Look for more cooper collabs coming real soon im working on some real cool stuff.

No worse business on earth than a car dealer that doesn’t care. It’s sad. Lie after lie after lie. No accountability at all. Jake was cool and should work some place else but otherwise If your buying a car from Koch buy an extra while they can’t fix it. They won’t do s**t for you on numbers or anything even though they sold you the piece of s**t. I really wanted to less complaining post today. I Gave all involved a chance. S**t I’m still wait on a call from the GM of Bethlehem ford from 3.5 week ago. Must be real busy ripping people off. I’d say do better but we all know the world is fu**ed. One place you can get what you deserve is at my food trailer. If I don’t have it you know I hook somebody up with something else I do have on the house. If I mess up I OWN IT. We are open at Lowe’s. Been here since 7am. Just a little too busy to post. I’m back cooking today. We do have cheesesteaks I finally go a bunch of product yesterday. We have a new burger as you can see. COW BACON RANCH. it has jalapenos fresh grilled and crispy, bacon crumbles, crispy onions, pepper jack and our house made bacon fat ranch. It’s health food or at least it had lettuce on it. You need one. Here until 4pm daily. ✌️.

We ran a half hour late this morning. Very sorry about that. Try this burger to let us make up for it.

Even on the 7th day the big man upstairs rested. We are off giving our staff a much deserved break to be with their families for Labor Day. See you all Tuesday at 6am at Lowe’s!
