Before inquiring, just know that this venue & our full decor package will run a minimum of $13K for 125+ guests. TIP: when planning an event, be sure to balance the budget between the venue and decor. If a venue cost $1200, decor will not be $500. If a venue costs $10K, decor will not be $2K. When I tell yall this was a BIG DEAL?! @dazzling.displayz and I had the absolute pleasure of fulfilling this bride’s dream of having a bridal suite made perfect for her! She sent me a few inspo pics and we brought her vision to LIFE! I have not done bridal before but this client did not care, she had all the faith in me that I could pull it off for her and we absolutely did not disappoint! Every single detail was carefully considered, size colors, shapes, placement… She loved it, we loved it and we’re very proud of our work. This was fun and we look forward to doing more! I’m still receiving inquiries for Pinterest parties with $600 budgets. Just because you say “I just want something simple” does not equate cheap. Full decor plus rentals, will not happen with a budget under $1,200 when you need a balloon backdrop display, table & chair rentals, linen, centerpieces, eatery, custom welcome sign and full table decor. Not to mention all the extras like photography, bounce house, bartender and other entertainment. MINIMUM for 20 guests for a really nice package is $1,200. Even our basic package will wow you because we do nothing short of amazing! Anything less than that is Party City level and you can do that yourself. Professional touches and the convenience of having everything done for you costs💰💰. If the guest count goes up, so does the price. You’ll need more of everything to accommodate all of your guests. If you are hosting an intimate gathering with less than 20 guests, your minimum could certainly be less, depending on how grand and upscale you want to go. Consider how much you want to spend prior reaching out for a quote. I’ll be able to immediately let you know if your numbers are realistic for what you want and also what you can get for that amount. The heat is on, the rain is unpredictable and the mosquitoes are out!! Please highly consider getting pest control to come out and do a mosquito treatment prior to your backyard event. Nothing worst than sitting outside fanning flies away and getting ate up by mosquitoes. If the budget allows, consider adding a tent to your package to keep your guests in a shaded area.
