Equipment was delivered on time and in excellent condition. It was easy to reach the company when I had questions before my event. I will definitely use them again for future events. The guys that came to deliver and pick up the equipment were friendly and made sure everything was set up exactly how I wanted it. This is a great company with excellent customer service! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!!

Cannot express how much we loved using Bounce That! The moon bounce/water slide was just what we were looking for and so much fun! We also had a sudden death in the family and they were very understanding and helpful in figuring out a possible change of date. Definitely recommend!

Bounce That was wonderful with delivery, setup and take down. The bounce house was clean from previous use as you can tell as the bounce house colors were so vibrant. They delivered our rental earlier than we wanted and the kids got to enjoy it longer with no extra cost. We will sure use Bounce That in our future birthday celebrations.

Bounce That really made our benefit for our loved one special! We had a lot of happy kids!!! We also made changes to our order a couple of times to add tables and chairs and they were so kind and helpful throughout the whole process and event! The kids had a blast in the gigantic bounce house and all of our guests were able to have a seat and eat their food while watching the kids play!! I would definitely recommend to family and friends; and will be using them in the future.

Bounce That had everything we needed for our toddler's birthday! The gigantic bounce castle with slide was in pristine condition. The delivery and setup was very quick and professional. They also were very quick with taking it all down. We plan to continue to use Bounce That for other parties in the future!
