Having repeat customers is amazing. Having repeat FAMILIES is unreal 😭

You guys might remember our dear friends’ beautiful wedding back in 2021. So when Nicole’s sister Amanda asked me to be a her florist, I was over the moon. Not only were her florals so unique, but all of her guests wore black to their wedding! And we may or may not have chosen her flowers based off her tattoo sleeve 😏🖤 Congratulations Amanda and Marzae! Thank you again for letting me bring your tropical vibes to life.

These are all the thank you notes I have saved over the years. I will go back and read them from time to time because I still can’t believe I get to call this my job 😭

There was a lot of change this year for IMFD— I can’t tell you how grateful I am for my friends and family who continue to support me even after the initial excitement died down (lol), my beautiful brides/clients who have trusted me with their vision and referred me to so many, and this amazing community who continues to show up time and time again over these past 4 (!!!) years.

So on this Small Business Saturday, I just want to say thank you. I’m still figuring out what the future looks like but thank you for being here along the way 🤍

Life has a funny way of reconnecting you with people— Abby was the videographer for my brother’s wedding in CA and when she asked me to do her flowers, I was *shook*. As someone in the wedding industry, she has worked with loads of amazing florists and she picked lil ol me 😭

Abby and Ryan’s backyard reception is what dreams are made of: all of your friends and family celebrating your love at the place you grew up. Such an incredibly special moment and the rain certainly wasn’t going to stop the fun. Not only were her colors completely swoon-worthy, but all of her details were so
perfect. I can’t tell you how much I loved being a part of this day! And if you guys aren’t following her page you are missing OUT.

On this chilly afternoon, I’m throwing it back to last year and this gorgeous June day 🌞

Absolutely love the way everything came together for Erica and Matthew’s wedding—they decided to add more color to their palette and I think it made such a difference! Also, the amount of “wow”s while installing the staircase florals made my year. Happy belated anniversary to this beautiful couple (I mean seriously, they should model) and best wishes for your life together!

First up on the many many weddings to be highlighted: Trevor and Abigail!

This wedding had some of my fave details: not only did the blue & gold accents compliment the florals so well, but this palette was so dang juicy 🍊💓 I also got to hang with Abigail before she walked down the aisle and it was such a special time— I love those little moments you don’t see on camera. Cheers to you two! So much fun reliving this day.

It’s been awhile! I promise I’m still here— didn’t mean to go off the grid completely, but I’m so grateful to have this time off while Desmond’s little.

I am *slowly* easing my way back onto this platform as I figure out how to both be a mom and a small biz owner. In the meantime, we are blowing drool bubbles and avoiding the heat ☀️

FINALLY highlighting another super special wedding 🤍 Callie is one of the sweetest people I know & I’m so thankful to have gotten closer to her the past couple of years. So when she reached out about her wedding flowers, I was over the moon to do them for her. Plus, she cried when she saw her bouquet 🥹 As a florist/artist/creative, seeing that kind of emotion to something I made was one of the best moments of my career.

So many beautiful details & I’ll let the pics speak for themselves. Thank you Callie & Matt for allowing me be a part of this moment!

Merry Christmas from IMFD🎄It’s been the most amazing year of blooms and my husband and I are so thankful to announce we are expecting our first baby in April. We don’t know what this next year is going to look like but are very excited for what’s to come!
