Day 2 at Market on Meadow and it couldn't be more amazing to see our products on shelves and ready for all of Richmond.

But of course, it's not just us. We're here today until 3 with the amazing (and super energizing) Column 15 and after 4, with your number #1 lumpia purveyor Auntie Ning's

This is it! The announcement we've all (well, all of us, anyway) been waiting for! The opening of Market on Meadow nears.

This Wednesday 7/28 come by, say hi, and check out our new digs at 719 North Meadow where we'll be fully stocked with all your favorite Polpetti goodies. Not to mention, the wonderful Auntie Ning's Filipino delicacies and a delightful cup of Column 15 .

Bread, bread, and more bread!

Focaccia, semolina, garlic knots, we got it. All the bread, fresh pasta, and sauces you could want will be at the RVA Big Market tomorrow morning in Bryan Park from 8am-12pm.

Also, Hanover tomatoes tarts and arancini are back!

RVA Big Market Preview:

We've got some good news and some bad news to share with everyone for tomorrow's market, but let's start with the good.

It's 🍅 time.

Our special items for tomorrow are savory tomato tarts made with spectacular Hanover tomatoes courtesy of the wonderful Jason Talley Produce, goat ricotta, roasted garlic, fresh basil, and puff pastry crust. Truly the perfect combination of a delicious and beautiful food 😍.

And now for the bad:

Polpetti regrets to inform you that there will be no Polpetti Pockets or made to order sandwiches this Saturday or next as we prepare for the opening of Market on Meadow where they will live forever.

But we will have all of our other delicious staples, all of which you can pick up, bring home, and wait to eat once you're inside and cooled off.

In progress now: a Fourth of July elote special featuring corn on a stick drizzled with lime crema, cotija cheese, and cilantro. Mmmmmm.....corn.....

And that's not to mention, fresh pasta, prosciutto bread, and some spectacular looking focaccia loaves along with everything in our regular lineup.

Rainy Day Special!

Because of the weather, we've decided to go simple this afternoon and offer a 2 for 1 deal on our fresh pastas. We will also have our full selection of sauces and proteins to go along with it.

Come see us at the South of the James Market in Forest Hill Park from 4pm to 7pm this afternoon and pick up dinner for a rainy day inside tomorrow.
