📢 Our on street parking is closed off again, BUT there is parking very close!!

• right at the end of the block, at the intersection of N 7th and Ft Wayne Ave is public parking. This is the intersection where the light is.

• there is also public parking 1 block away by the Model T Museum at the corner of N D and N 8th.

I appreciate your support and understanding during construction!

✨️ Business owners for Ladies Day Out, if you commented you wanted to donate something and it's something that can be mailed (like a certificate) please do. The address is 185 Ft. Wayne Ave. Richmond, IN. Address it to Lotus Hall and if you could message me also so I know to look for it!

All others, I will start contacting you in the next couple weeks to arrange pickup or drop off. 😊 I'd like to have all in a couple weeks before so I can see what all we have. If it's something that needs to be fresh we will wait closer.

Also, I appreciate those vendors who have reached out about setting up, but we are full for this event. 😊

⚠️ Road closure and parking info ⚠️

We found out 2 days ago (not even through appropriate channels) that our road was closed down. I found out the same as any citizen did....through social media and driving by! Obviously, this is VERY upsetting!

I'm now finding out that this will be an ongoing process as they will be adding the bike path in the area. Everyone is excited about that, right? (Insert sarcasm)

Please bare with us, and other businesses, as we obviously have no say in this! You know how life works....just when things are going good and looking up....BAM! All of these businesses that will be affected in the town are small local businesses. We will all need your support!

PARKING- Street parking was already limited, but the public parking lots that are close will still be accessible! So, hopefully this will not be too much of a hinder.

I'm truly sorry for any inconveniences this causes! As a business owner, I believe in full transparency tho! I will keep you updated with information as it comes available.

We have decided to cancel our open house and vendors this Saturday due to the festival being rescheduled.

Thank you all for your support! It's been a great 7 months so far!!

Due to incoming thunderstorms the Winter Spectacular in the Depot District has been rescheduled to the rain date: Saturday, December 16th from 2PM to 7PM (More information coming soon)
