This was my first smoker many years ago and it has always cooked like a champ! It got pretty tough to move around so I decided to give it a little upgrade. Came out awesome and I’ll be bringing out to some comps now that I can move it around.

Had a great time this past week at the HLSR bbq cook off. Hanging out with old friends and making new ones. Many thanks to for letting me come out and cooking some awesome whole hogs. Will definitely be back next year to do it again.

Great weekend cooking with these awesome guys! Finished 15th overall out of 72 teams. Turned in some great food and very pleased with how we did our first time out. Great times this past weekend at the HLSR World Championship BBQ competition! Always fun having friends and family come out and support something you love doing. With such a high demand for our legendary favorites, we are excited to open up to take on more holiday orders! Tamale orders can be placed now until 12/10 (pick-ups 12/16 - 12/18).
