Whether you are vacationing or are a local, we take the hassle of cooking out from your schedule for the holidays. Our “take and bake” Biryani can be kept fresh in the refrigerator for up to 5 days before baking them.
Biryani is a popular and diverse rice dish in India, made with various ingredients and spices. Biryani features three integral components: rice, meat or vegetables flavored with a spicy masala, and fried onions, All Layered & Slow cooked on low heat to make a flavorful Dish.
These are layered in baking trays with baking instructions to heat and Serve.

We are pleased to announce that FOODLORE “Fall Fridays” are returning this year, beginning NEXT Friday, September 6 from 4-7pm!

Every Friday will feature provisions from our Foodlore farmers, Troddenvale’s cider & wine bar, along with a curated cheeseboard and snack menu! On select Fridays, we will be hosting Airstream Pop-Ups and live music!

More details are yet to come, so keep an eye out for additional information about each Friday’s event, as well as announcements about other upcoming events happening at Oakley Farm this fall.

Please note that our fall Foodlore Fridays events will be shortened to our standard weekly hours of 4 - 7 pm. We look forward to spending our Friday evenings with you all this autumn season!
