Meet Aaron, our Director of Operations, and Hailey, our Office Manager! They are the backbone of our venue, handling all maintenance and logistics with precision.

Our Planning Team – Gillian, Hana, and Kathleen – are the heart and soul of our operations🤍 They are more than just venue coordinators; they are dedicated planners who stay with you from the moment you book until you drive off in a luxury getaway car, and sometimes even beyond😉

What sets us apart from a typical venue coordinator?

While the planning team is attached to the venue, we not only keep the venue in mind but also keep our couples best interest in mind! For example, our couples will bring us a Pinterest board of ideas, TikTok ideas, or family traditions. With the venue logistics, our planning team will then execute that idea so our couples still get exactly what they want to capture their vision in a seamless way!

A venue coordinator typically meets with you once or twice before the wedding to confirm details, but they often don’t handle vendor facilitation or vision ex*****on. Our planning team, however, offers continuous support through a series of meetings, vendor recommendations, confirmations and logistics to ensure a flawless timeline. We coordinate your entire rehearsal and wedding day, from checking you in and setting up decor to managing vendors and executing the timeline activities. We even break down the decor at the end of the night!

Our planning team operates as a cohesive unit. You not only get a dedicated planner on your wedding day but also a team of assistants who support each other seamlessly. With our extensive experience and intimate knowledge of the venue, we ensure your wedding is stress-free and beautifully executed, time and time again!
