Classic Party Rentals of Virginia is looking for an experienced, motivated individual to join our team as a Tent Department Team Lead! This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a leadership position and is passionate about delivering high-quality event setups.

Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Lead and coordinate our tent setup crew for events of all sizes
✔️ Ensure tents are safely and efficiently set up, maintained, and taken down
✔️ Manage inventory of tent equipment
✔️ Be the go-to contact for clients and event coordinators
✔️ Enforce safety and compliance regulations

What We're Looking For:
✔️ 2+ years in leadership within the event rental industry (tent setup or construction a plus!)
✔️ Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
✔️ Ability to lift and work outdoors in all conditions
✔️ CDL a plus, but not required
