Here at Chick-fil-A Shops at Willow Lawn, we genuinely want to provide a consistent REMARKable experience. We began with our core values, and have embodied them into our entire culture. “Come Get Some Tasty Chicken”, which represents Customers First, Grit, Stewardship, Teamwork and Continuous Improvement, has become the phrase that we say to ignite our team, the way we coach our leadership, and the motivation to dig deep.

When you walk into our store, you’re greeted with a friendly, welcoming face. You’re met at the counter with eye contact, a friendly smile, and an enthusiastic tone. It’s likely that you might even be greeted by somebody that knows your name, and your go-to order.

While you wait for your food, you will notice our passion for organization, and our attention to detail. You’ll see that each packet of ketchup is neatly stacked, and that the tables are home to our succulents, which proudly display our Chick-fil-A Shops at Willow Lawn logo. Our goal is to present you with an amazing restaurant experience that will keep you not only thirsty for our lemonade, but our experience overall.

Our mission is so much more than chicken, we truly care about bringing restoration to peoples days which consequently is the meaning of the word “restaurant". Our core values are present in every facet of our business, which brings excitement and builds culture. We know, at the core of our growth, there has to be sustainable systems that are well executed which is why our relationships, our culture, and our systems drive everything. We believe that trust is at the base of any relationship, and that trust is built with time and care. We will strive to know you, because we believe that knowing a person’s name connects us to their individuality.
