The best part about being a farmer florist is getting to pose with a wedding bouquet that you envisioned with a bride, then grew all the flowers, and designed just for her. 😁 This shot represents months of planning, years of knowledge about how to grow dozens of flowers, weeks of harvest, and days of design. It is a labor of love and an act of hope!

I am meeting 2025 brides (and grooms) now and will begin working to put their vision into action. It is the wheel that keeps turning.

C O A S T

We loved flowering Marina and Kate’s wedding on the Oregon Coast. It’s a bold choice to get married in late September at the beach, but the universe rewarded their bravery with a perfect day. The brides’ friends made their bridal bouquets and MoMo created a colorful grounded floral arch. I don’t think it gets more romantic than this.

We absolutely loved making all these meadows for Camille and Andrew’s June 2024 wedding.
✅ We constructed these 100% foam free (they were actually compostable).
✅ All the flowers were grown with organic practices at MoMo flower farm specifically for the couple. Nothing imported, nothing sprayed fumigated or processed in harmful chemicals.
✅ Gorgeous!

We loved flowering the wedding of these beautiful brides this past summer! Jenn and Sarah chose a beautiful forested venue and we brought the rainbow of colors with the flowers! The wedding even featured dried flower confetti from blooms grown on the farm last season. We loved meeting the couple’s friends at the farm for a DIY workshop that produced so many adorable bud vases full of blooms.

I heard that it was “Frostmas” for many of the farms in the area, but we only hit 35 for about an hour, so all the blooms are still looking great. I know it’s coming any day, but I’m thankful to have a little more time for labeling the dahlias!

Back in August, we hosted a really fun Mid Summer Night’s Dream Farm Dinner with friends. I got to make a million flower crowns (and flower epaulets - the dream) and make the barn so cute, and Chef Ashley got to make us all a delicious meal. Yes, this is what I do for fun! Photo 1 is of Katie and Quentin’s dramatic fall wedding earlier this month. We also did the flowers for Katie’s sister, Jaelynn and husband Paul, back in July 2021 (photo 2). Through the process of working with the sisters, I’ve met parents and aunts and cousins and kids - all so lovely and kind!

Weddings are a family affair and I just love being even a small part of these families lives!

I failed to take pics of the full field in bloom, but here some of the gorgeous pictures of dahlias that I plan to buy from them at this year’s tuber sale. Scenes from a summer heat wave:
✅ The shade cloth is up over the roses and perennials.
✅ Extra pollinator and bird baths out
✅ Echinacea and lavender blooming
✅ Lots of extra mulch on the perennials
We had a brush fire in the park across the street from our house, but due to some quick work by the neighborhood and the glory that is the fire department, all those gorgeous trees love to see another day.

We *almost* have a good year for hydrangeas. They are struggling in the extreme heat, but we’ve been watering them a lot at night and they come back each morning. I love this giant purple one, so it’s worth the effort IMO. Hope you find some water and stay cool today, tomorrow, and the next day friends! It’s going to be a scorcher! ❤️‍🔥

I am SO excited about today’s wedding! It is seriously one of my favorite designs we’ve ever done! But, I can’t show you yet because I never post photos before the wedding. So you’ll have to wait until tomorrow when I show you all the gorgeousness of blooms. In the meantime, enjoy this photo of a distant drums rose with summer raindrops. Also pretty!

So much matricaria coming out of the field right now. We grow 4 varieties: Virgo (all white), Vegmo sunny ball (all yellow), Magic single (tiny daisy), and Tetra white (double daisy). It is categorized as a tender perennial, but everything we harvested has been in the ground for between 1-3 years and we didn’t lose any plants despite the 1 week of very cold temps we had in January (4 nights at less than 15 degrees F).

We grow and design wild and beautiful bouquets for weddings and events. Our Seed to Centerpiece option makes your vision for your big day a reality. First, we learn about what inspires you.
