This week, we had the privilege of attending the Ascent to 55% Convening, where leaders from across Mississippi came together to discuss innovative strategies for increasing educational attainment and workforce participation.

At Youngstown Consulting, our mission is to reduce the stress and ensure the success of individuals and organizations by bridging the gap between education, workforce readiness, and community impact. We’re honored to officially welcome Jackson Leadership Foundation (JLF) as a new client of Youngstown Consulting. JLF is doing powerful work to equip and support local leaders throughout Jackson—and we’re thrilled to support their mission through strategic program support and community engagement!

On Tuesday, September 30, from 11am–1pm at 236 Place, we’re gathering local leaders for a simple meal and a greater purpose: connection, collaboration, and shared vision for our city.

This isn’t just another meeting. It’s a space to listen, learn, and discover the stories God is writing through the work happening all around us.
