Good Saturday
BBQ FOLKS
The weekend is on🎉 and ohh yeah the heat as well. But it's all good and we're here on the lot next to the Lebanon Quick Stop until around 6 PM or we run out of food. We do have a limited amount of our mouth watering bbq and sides still available so stop on by. We want to thank everyone who has supported us this year, especially with the ups and downs with our equipment but as we say....the folks from these parts are the greatest.... Have a great and safe summer and will look forward to seeing you this fall. Don't forget to help each other out along the way and make it a very special day.

The heat is on but the trailer is just about ready to go today. Should be on the lot next to the Lebanon Quick Stop around 2 PM and will be there until around 6 PM or food runs out. The same thing tomorrow as well. I really feel for the folks that work outside. Have a good day, please be safe and help each other out throughout the day and make it a special day.

The heat is on
BBQ FOLKS 🥵
Just looked at the thermometer in the food trailer and without anything at its 107 degrees. Yep about to pull the plug after this week. Tomorrow and Saturday we will be on the lot next to the Lebanon Quick Stop around 2 PM until 6 PM each day. So until then if you want some BBQ come on out and our supplies are all we have and when they are gone we will be out. First come first serve and PLEASE be safe in these temps and remember to help each other out.

It's a barn burner going on outside today. That's why we shut down when the heat gets so suppressive. We are going to be out Friday and Saturday and with the heat being what it is we will be open from 2 PM until around 6 PM. This will wind up our operation until October. Have as good as you can evening and week while the heat is on. I think there is a song somewhere in this 😁. Please help each other out along the way.

BBQ FOLKS
Just a quick update and that last week we sold more than anticipated and so so that we will be able to come back this week we have to do some more SMOK'N and obtaining additional products we were not able to start smoking until today instead of yesterday which is going to throw us off one day. So we will be back Friday and Saturday if we don't sell out. We don't keep a lot of our meats on hand that way we keep everything fresh. We know that there are some folks waiting this week to buy additional meats to stock up. This will be the last week we will be open until October. Try to stay cool, be safe and hopefully see you soon.

Hopefully you are able to work through our monsoon weather. We are going to see how the weather acts this afternoon. We are ready to go around 2 PM but after yesterday we may pull the plug on going out today. Stay tuned for updates and we are going to be back out next Thursday, Friday and Saturday to end our season until next October. We are going back up to South Dakota to spend some time with family and friends. Have a good day, try to stay dry, cool and safe.
