Hello Friends old and new! I think it’s time for a reintroduction round so here goes :
👋🏼I’m Angela, the face behind the ‘gram. I started Beyond the Board 3 years ago. Beyond the Board was born from my experiences traveling the Mediterranean region of Europe, my passion for gathering people, the need for a creative outlet and the soul search for a new career during Covid times.
🧀I’m a mountain babe (and maybe a beach babe?!) who was born in the Midwest. I live in Ridgway , CO with my husband, our black lab, golden retriever and sweet kitty cat.
🍏I love a good cheddar with a fresh slice of apple but if we’re getting bougie, I’m here for some fresh goat cheese+strawberries+veuve cliquot rosé all DAY ! 🍾🌹
✨When I’m not working you can find me on my mountain bike, on a river trip, trying to speak a new language (anywhere ?! … I said trying …!), snuggling my golden, trying to keep up with my husband in the wild, using any excuse to dress up in costume and yes ….. you heard it right , making new, fun and creative charcuterie boards !

Grazing tables are my absolute favorite form of charcuterie ! They’re a big beautiful textured, layered, colorful mural of delicious food! They’re such an interactive way of eating that really gets your party started, encouraging people to mingle and bond over food. Not to mention they’re a total show stopper and an amazing way to wow your guests!

This year they will be on a 17” x 12” [🎄Christmas Tree Shaped 🎄] Disposable Palm Leaf Board. Each board will include 4 cheese, 3 meats and other seasonal and local accoutrements like sugared cranberries, apple butter and Telluride Truffles, just to name a few! Our Signature Holiday Boards are carefully curated around all of the flavors, textures and smells of the beautiful holiday season that we all love! Inquire for price. Some might recognize this glowing face because Angela Chehayl has been assisting me throughout 2021 with day-of wedding coordination. I'd like to now introduce you to her as my Assistant Wedding Planner who will be stepping up her involvement with Elevation Weddings and Events, especially while I'm out on maternity leave starting this Friday.

Angela is a natural entrepreneur (check out her business Beyond The Board), trained Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, adventure seeker, and all around ray of light. She landed in the San Juan Mountains back in 2018 and now calls the area home with her equally adventurous husband, Dan, and their two pups, Luna and Jax.

I'm so excited to have her apart of Elevation Weddings and Events and I know you will too.
