Our Story

NOW OPEN!! The Waters Estate is unlike anything around. We offer a beautiful estate setting with a southern flair. With numerous, amazing settings to choose from we have that special place for you.

THE ISLAND is lined with 10 foot fluted columns and surrounded by water which makes a statement like none other. It’s grand feel will surely impress. The gazebo is the perfect backdrop for “I Do” , an intimate dinner or that first dance.

THE COVE is situated on the lake’s edge with trellis’s and swings that circle a firepit. Dress it up for a cozy wedding or break out the marshmallows for smore’s. This is the perfect location for a company picnic or a place to unwind after your magical ceremony.

THE PAVILION is open air and also sits on the edge of the lake. This large space is perfect for group celebrations or to have a beautiful wedding and reception.
