We have gained many new friends this week, so we wanted to reintroduce ourselves! 💌

The Gentry Farm is nestled on 260 pristine acres of open fields and beautiful hardwood floors. The rustic barn is a spacious 6,500 square feet. Our venue is complete with a built-in saloon, wedding hall, second-story bridal quarters, a large outdoor covered area, and a honeymoon cabin. ⛪️

Since 2006, we’ve hosted weddings, receptions, birthdays, engagements, corporate gatherings, baby showers, bridal showers, and more! The Farm offers plenty of space for seating, eating, and dancing with numerous layout opportunities. 🎊

Hailey Doss serves as The Gentry Farm’s Property Manager, Event Coordinator, and Marketing Manager. While working with Hailey, you will quickly gain a friend. She is a one-woman band, meaning she is the only one you will ever contact with questions or concerns. We believe this makes the experience and process so much more sentimental and easier. Hailey is always determined to learn your event desires and will be sure to help you achieve them. She will be by your side all the way up to the big day! 💘

On the edge of booking our venue for your wedding but still have doubts? Listen to this:

🌸 Our team is personable and extremely understanding; therefore, we do not have to have full payment when booking your rental. We ONLY require a $1,000.00 deposit, and the rest is due 60 days before your event.

🌹 We do not force you to use specific vendors. If you want a potluck meal, have a potluck meal. If you don’t want the expense of a wedding planner, don’t have a wedding planner. If you have used the same photographer your entire life, use that photographer!

🌻 When hosting a wedding, you are offered the entire weekend, beginning at 9am on Friday and ending at 12pm on Sunday! No need to rush such a special and memorable day.

🌼 We accept cash, checks, and debit/credit cards!

🌺 Once you pay your deposit, you get free access to the venue for engagements, bridal events, vendor meetings, etc.!

🌷 Our venue comes stocked with tables and chairs, firewood, trash cans, trash bags, toiletries, co****le, a beverage wagon, picnic tables, an oven, refrigerators, and a few decor pieces.

🪻 The Farm has a secluded feel, yet you are only 5-10 minutes from restaurants, shopping stores, gas stations, and more!

Host your dream western wedding at The Gentry Farm for less than $7,500! The Gentry Farm is a rustic wedding and event venue located in Ringgold, VA, right outside of Danville. We offer weekend rentals, beginning at 9am on Friday and ending on Sunday at 12pm. This allows you adequate time for a rehearsal dinner and setup on Friday, the wedding on Saturday, and cleanup on Sunday. You shouldn’t have to rush the best day of your life!

We have several ceremonial sites, hosting up to 250 guests! Our venue comes stocked with 155 white padded chairs, 20 round banquet tables, 7 8’ rectangle tables, basic necessities such as trash bags and toilet paper, and a few decor pieces, including wood centerpieces and corn hole boards.

After booking The Gentry Farm, you have free access to the venue for engagement photos, bridal portraits, event planning, and vendor meetings! Our property manager can also provide recommended vendors, photos from past weddings for inspiration, and input to best help you figure out your desired wedding layout and timeline.
