For all those asking yes it’s true. Broken Horn Rodeo is retiring after 35 years in business. We decided the beginning of the year it would be our last year. We will miss all the committees that have supported us for all those years. All the rumors floating around want to set record straight. Going to keep breeding bucking horses, get in the bull futurity and do something fun again. We really enjoyed the rodeo business however when the fun is gone, can’t find help, no judges and the stress just gets to much. We want to enjoy the time we have left without all the stress. Time to be with family. Thank you to all.

Crispy Hashbrown and Sausage Bites 😋😋
Ingredients
8 ounces softened cream cheese
4 cups frozen shredded hash browns
1 pound ground breakfast sausage
1 ½ cups Bisquick
1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400*
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
In a mixing bowl combine the sausage, softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese, hash browns and the bisquick.
Stir until well combined
Using a scoop or your hands, make balls about 1 ½ inches in size, place on baking sheet
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until thoroughly cooked.

Buckles came in last week for the Broken Horn Rodeo Series. Points will count for 9-9-23 rodeo Kenton Oh and 9-16-23 Montpelier Oh. Buckles will be presented at Montpelier Oh at our finals. Remember you must be a member of APRA or IPRA for points to count. You must enter and compete to receive buckle or it goes to next in line. Thank you if questions please pm me or phone.
