WHAT'S UP!
I know we have been closed since New Years eve...but please stay in touch with us! I anticipated the new menu being ready for today, but unfortunately, I spent the weekend in the hospital due to a nagging ear infection that has given me bell's palsy. I am fine but just learning how to function with only half my face functioning. You would not believe how difficult it is to drink a bottle of water out of only one side of your mouth...lol! And taping your eyes shut when you sleep. Praying that it does not last long!
We are working on many new additions to our meal service! We will be adding a new selection of some of our favorite menu items that will be available for purchase every week. We will also be adding healthy fresh fruit and freshly baked muffins to our menu. We are also hoping to add some breakfast and snack items in the near future. We are also working on adding nutritional information and adding nutritional tips to our weekly newsletter! We want to help you eat healthier this year! You are what you eat!
And remember...all our soups are made from scratch, no MSG, but with organic chicken and beef base and organic vegetables when available. Meals will be ready tomorrow at 4:00PM, so place your order asap!

Turkey bowl-layer of creamy mashed potatoes, bread stuffing, buttered corn topped with freshly baked turkey and gravy $13
Italian Beef Goulash-seasoned ground beef tossed with elbow noodles in tomato sauce with italian seasonings, parm cheese $12
Crack chicken - a layer of rice pilaf topped with chicken cheese and bacon on cream cheesey sauce $12
Hamburg steak-juicy ground beef patty served over creamy mashed potatoes topped with beef gravy ,side of green beans $12
Super Lump Crab Cake dinner - 5oz super lump crab cake with a side of old bay potatoes and green beans $20 single 5oz super lump crab cake $16
Chicken tortellini soup - real chicken chunks with celery and carrots, chicken tortellini...ask for some shredded parm on the side to sprinkle on the top $12 quart pint $6
Beef Vegetable - chunks of tender beef with mixed vegetables in a tomato organic beef base broth $12 quart pint $6
italian Wedding - tiny italian meatballs, fresh spinach, tiny noodles in organic chicken base broth...$12 quart
Chicken feta cranberry salad - fresh romaine, cucumber, cherry tomato, chicken, feta cheese and craisins...Gotta Love those flavors!
Cobb salad - fresh romaine with rows of bacon bits, shredded cheddar cheese, fresh cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, craisins and fresh hard boiled eggs
All our soups are very hearty - add milk, water or chicken or beef base for a thinner broth and to increase your portions!
Maryland Crab soup - corn, peas, beans, carrots, chopped celery and onion, old bay and other seasonings with lots of claw crab meat $16 quart
Gerry's chicken corn soup - chunks of fresh chicken, celery, carrots, fresh corn cooked in organic chicken base broth $10
Gerry;s ham and bean - chunks of fresh ham, fresh great northern beans, bacon...delicious and lots of protein!
Cream of Crab - a combination of claw and super lump crab meat topped with old bay in a creamy soup base $17
Chicken Orzo - a delcisious broth of fresh carrots, celery, onion pureed in organic chicken base cooked with real chicken and orzo noodles. A family favorite! $10
