Along with our menu items posted below the cheesecakes we have are Banana Pudding, Cookies and Cream, Lemon Blueberry, Pineapple Upside Down Cake, Pink Lemonade, Pink Velvet and Plain with choice of toppings: Blueberries, Cherries, Strawberries or Raspberry.

This week we sold 115lbs PULLED PORK, 30lbs PULLED CHICKEN, 15lbs PORK BELLY BURNT ENDS, 80lbs WAYGU BRISKET, 250 SMOKED WINGS, 30lbs SMOKED CORNED BEEF and 18dz CHEESECAKES
We SOLD OUT Wednesday in Florence/Vevay and Today in Dillsboro.

Heaven In Your Mouth BBQ and Catering will be set up at REC Enterprises May 29th 11am-1pm. REC Enterprises will pay for the meal of any Active Duty Service Member, Veteran, First Responder, Nurse or School Employee. (Meal includes choice of combo and dessert.)

Tomorrow, Friday May 3, Heaven In Your Mouth BBQ and Catering will be at Rising Sun / Ohio County Tourism, 11am-7pm. 25% of our sales will be donated to Bobby White and his family, we will also be collecting cash donations. Donations can also be made via Venmo @ForBobby or donations can be given to one of the family members. They have not set up an account at a bank for donations. We have been asked YES!! We will have wings tomorrow, after 3pm. We will have our new Dill Pickle Buffalo. We have the menu posted below along with Cheesecakes.

We had not planned on running this week as we were anticipating the arrival of baby Harper. She decided she wanted to come a little early. We will be posting our schedule for this weekend hopefully tomorrow.

A question we get asked often "What are Burnt Ends?" Smoked Pork Belly Burnt Ends are Meat Candy. They are irresistible, juicy bites of mouthwatering meat (the same cut used to make bacon). We rub our belly in our Sweet Heat Rub. Then the belly is Smoked to achieve a Smoky flavor. A combination of our rub, the smoke and a touch of honey creates a caramelized sauce that makes sticky, salty, rich smokey bites. We typically sell out quickly so you will want to order early. This week we will be at Rising Sun / Ohio County Tourism Friday the 22nd 11am-8pm and at Casey's Outdoor Solutions Garden & Gifts Saturday the 23rd 8am-5pm and Sunday the 24th 10am-4pm.

Come see us Rt 262 Outdoors, in Dillsboro, TODAY September 2nd UNTIL 4pm. Stop out and get some food and any of your firearm and ammunition needs.
