Farms that use techniques that protect the environment and help foster the development of healthy living for

our community. Chef Alex Gruman and Chef James Pugliese continue to use Farm to Table traditional cooking techniques with an emphasis on freshness, seasonality, and a constantly ever-changing tasting menu. Chifare's philosophy focuses on a new perspective of bringing diners and farmers together through the knowledge and passion our Chefs create. Chef Alex and James are graduates from The Culinary Institute of America. The CIA has built an unparalleled legacy of leadership throughout the Hospitality and Restaurant industry by focusing on crucial issues that drive and shape the ever changing food scene.
