Detroit Wedding and Event Planners Association

Detroit Wedding and Event Planners Association started out as a simple Facebook group, created by Desiree Marion. From there members were added and expressed a huge interest in meeting with each other in hopes of making this association something bigger. From there Desiree worked hard to build the association and with the help of Keleigh Bass, co-founder of DWEP Association things took off. Togeth

er they were able to solidify a headquarters located on the east side of Detroit, build a team of dedicated board members, and create a buzz like no other. Now the team has accumulated within five short months 100 Facebook members, a small fan base, and a team of committed people who are already starting on collaborative events. We hope to accomplish even more in the next six months!
