If you haven't tried the stuff from Humboldt Hotsauce you are missing out. They have some pretty amazing rubs and sauces with influences from all over the world. I really love their Jamaican Jerk Rub as well. Head over and show them some love.

This weekend went fast and all I got was some salsa shots.

Chores and errands with the girlfriend. Then a taco birthday party for the wife. Made chorizo, al pastor, chicken and asada. It was a blast but I didn't snap many pictures.

Hot damn Weiner Wednesday was a success last night.

These Bombon sausages are extra juicy and garlicky!!!! 10 of 10 would highly recommend. Combine that with some muenster cheese and fresh chopped chimichurri and these were a definite hit.

Throwback Thaco Thursday

Simple Al Pastor tacos but the sauce is what takes it to another level.

If you haven't tried this I would definitely recommend. It's like adding a fresh fire roasted salsa to your dish without all the work. Not overly spicy but just enough.

Some of my favorite memories revolve around 🍕 and family!

One of my favorites used to be going to my (unofficial) official aunt and grandparents house and watching football and eating pizza until we were stuffed. Everytime we went over. Then going out and throwing the football around with the 7ft. Tall giant that was Ted.

Pizza always brings back and makes great memories.

Bacon Wrapped
Chorizo Stuffed
Dates

Super easish!

Cook Chorizo. Drain.
Buy pitted dates.
Open and stuff then with a small amount of chorizo.
Wrap with a half strip of bacon and cook in your desired fashion until the bacon is done.
I chose to smoke these and it just adds another layer of goodness to the equation.
