Always gotta bring in the new year with pork and cabbage!

In our house it's always been pork brats and sauerkraut for as long as I can remember. When invited us over I knew I had to do something so everyone had good luck for the year. So I just broke it down into an appetizer.
Smoked brats on the offset, homemade German kraut piled up on a baguette slice with a dab of Stone Ground mustard.

Now everyone is set for the new year!!!
