September 9th Columbus Junction demo derby. $8000 purse. Gut n go compacts nothing inside frame. 4"X4" repair plates , two per rail on bends only! Homemade bumpers ok no points and can mount to frame with one 4"X4" plate. Forklift tires are ok for the rear.

On another note I have a 99 Cutlass that was ran last night for sale. Aluminum spindles we're the weak link. PM me if interested on my personal page please

Columbus Junction demo is cancelled for tomorrow and rescheduled for September 9th at 7. First off let's give a hats off to every fair board member and volunteer for all the work they put in to make the fair successful. Unfortunately the heat has taking its toll on bodies. But to actually reschedule this event instead of just writing it off is amazing in its self and just shows us that they enjoy the entertainment we bring. Let's return the favor in September to show our appreciation.

The demo is still on in CJ for Friday. Only thing that changed it will now start at 8 pm. After the races were cancelled tomorrow for the heat temps I assured them that us derby folk will show up! $8000 purse and still going up because of generous sponsorships.

***Columbus Junction update!***

We are adding two more classes of fullsize. Osky limited weld cars and mods , just like what we all seen in Mount P. Between Brian and I we are adding $1500 to make this happen. So...... There will be 3 classes of fullsize!

Full size car build rules for the "stock" class...

Hard bumper ok , mount with 1- 4"X4"x1/4" plate on outside of frame only . No frame seam welding allowed. You can weld a arms down to gain height with a 2"X4"x1/4" strap one per a arm. 5 lug rear ends only with factory springs. May double springs. Sliders and after market steering is ok to use. May weld driver door solid for protection. May tuck trunk but no wedging trunk and fenders. Rear window bar will be allowed like the car in the picture. Pre rans with hard bends will be allowed 4"X4"x1/4" plates with a hole to inspect the hard bends , 6 total. No frame contours and no cold bending allowed. Factory 5 lug rear ends only. No steel bells or tr**ny braces. Must have body mounts and can use 3" round x 1" thick pucks. 12" bumper shock length allowed .Any questions shoot me a message and I'll get back to you asap.
