Budget DIY hair, not too shabby? I’m digging it! Currently debating what color to add it it, or if I should wait a while and lighten it again before adding color so it doesn’t get too damaged. My little boys are growing so fast. Make time stop still please 😭 they are the happiest little humans I’ve ever met, so full of love, creativity and empathy that moves me to my core. Aleister is learning coding and advancing so far in school, testing right now at 3/4 grade for reading and math. His teacher and the prinicipal are astounded by how smart he is, and always bringing him to the 3rd and 4th grade classes, He loves math and is so excited to learn new things. Atlas is my sweet little love, always wanting hugs and kisses and snuggles. He brings so much joy to everyone around him with his playful spirit and singing. He makes up the funniest songs all the time, and has the most amazing deep raspy voice for a toddler. One of my favorite songs he made up “I care about the whole world, and everyone in it. Care about everyone aaaaand I love my mommy.” He made it all catchy and cute and empasized certain words with repetition like a lil rock star haha. They are both so hilarious have me cracking up everyday. I’ve made the choice to start bringing them to our church and introduce them to spirituality. Aleister is taking it so so well. His Sunday teacher asked him if he had any prayers, she tokd me he said, “I pray that everyone is grateful for their homes, their families and the people in their life. I pray that everyone is happy”. And when she told me we both teared up.

I am grateful and blessed to be their mama. With love and support, they are going to go far in life. I will support whatever they want to do with their lives with all my power. Aleister wants to build video games - and be a gamer- which is awesome, so we are going to save up money so he can have his own video gaming streaming channel. His ability to learn coding has my jaw dropping. I am so proud, so grateful, and full of love for my babies. Time is so fleeting, while they are small. I hold them tight and cherish each moment I have with them. I hope they always know how much I love them. They deserve for me to brag about them 😅🤣🤣

I feel inspired to do a limited fine art photography series, to document and honor those most marginalized and vulnerable in society. Looking to feature LGBTQ+, disabled, homeless, veterans, bipoc, etc. I want publish these images, display and sell in galleries, and have the proceeds go to those in need. ❤️ message me if interested in collaborating. One super important thing I learned from photographing children:

Patience is key. Let it flow and let them have fun. It’s ok to get a little messy, the smiles and memories are worth it. Let’s get outdoors, go on an adventure and eternalize memories along the way.

The WEIRDEST thing happened this past week. You know those moments that seem surreal and you’re like, that happened and I didn’t fully comprehend that it was possible??

I went days with interrupted sleep, high levels of stress to the point of breaking out in stress hives. There is a solar discharge that just happened and anxiety, feeling dehydrated and not sleeping well are all symptoms of those sensitive to the celestial forces. Anyone else experiencing weird things? Sunday night I was so desperate that I got down on my knees and prayed for my anxiety to be released and to get some sleep. It was the best sleep I’ve had in a while, and further increased my faith in the unseen powers of manifeststion in this universe. The mind is a beautiful and powerful thing. Praying for all of you to have rest and ease during this solar flair ☀️

Sidenote- I am diagnosed with depression and anxiety, and ADHD. I am all for medications, therapy and holistic approaches combined 🙏. Please don’t stop any of your doctors orders. Prayers and positive affirmations are one of the supplements that have changed my life and helped so much, but are not a replacement for other things unless that works for you. Consult with any doctor before making any changes ❤️🙏

Hi all! I’m rebranding my photography business starting with a new name. Formerly known as Otera Rose Photography - I am now the owner of Terra Sol Photography.

Hello, my name is Otera. My vision is to create beautiful, colorful, bold and emotive images for wild, colorful, adventurous souls. I’m in my happy place when I’m behind the camera, in nature, capturing candid and playful moments between lovers, families, friends, pets…et cetera. I started doing photography because I was challenged to learn to take my own family photos, and my brain loves a good challenge. Photography is so much more than just snapping a photo- and I immersed myself in every bit of it. 3 years later I am rebranding with all of the knowledge and tools that I have developed to clearly establish who I am and what I can provide for the community.

Self portraits have immensely helped me build my own confidence and I hope to empower others to invest in themselves through making a moment in their life into a work of fine art. You are a work of art 🖼️ and you deserve it ❤️
