Hi! I’m Xuan, and I’m not sure if I’ve ever introduced myself on social media 🫣😂.

I’m a wedding planner & coordinator based in Southern California and I’ve been passionately doing this since 2015 🤍

My main goal ALWAYS, is to make the bride’s life easier! Planning a wedding can be sooo stressful and I always want my couples to know they can reach out to me anytime they need some wedding help. I want your engagement and planning process to be fun, so I always have surprises up my sleeve. ✨

In my personal life I’m married and a mama to an almost 2 year old little girl. When I’m not working I love spending quality time with my family and making magical moments for them.

We all envision our wedding day differently, and in truth, there is no right or wrong way! the so-called industry standards aren't really a standard set for you the bride and groom, but for the wedding industry vendors!.. Always keep in mind when planning your BIG day, that it is yours alone and how you choose to celebrate it is entirely your vision and your ex*****on, no matter how complex or simple you want it to be. Getting the help of an expert for timelines and coordination or design is entirely optional. I for one believe strongly in a day of coordinator at the least, they literally will be your wedding day fairies, and you will actually be able to enjoy your day with your love, family, and friends. without the added stress.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

2021 was an amazing year for my business and family! My husband and I welcomed our first baby in December, our daughter Chloe 🎀❤️ My business expanded and grew like crazy last year too, I’m almost completely booked for this year 🤯🥰.

Better late than never 😅

Reminiscing this day over and over again. I’m so grateful for all the people in our lives and for making this day a dream come true. I’ve been dreaming of this day since I was a little girl, and truly you are the man I’ve prayed for and this day could not have been more perfect. Cliche I know, but like can you blame me for getting sappy?

We planned this day for over two years and the outcome surpassed all my expectations. There were lots of tears, laughter, and alcohol lol. All the hard work of planning, designing, crafting, and funding everything for this wedding was so worth it at the end.

I want to thank all of the people who supported us in this journey, who came to celebrate with us, and esp to those who helped behind the scenes. All our groomsmen, bridesmaids, vendors, parents, sponsors, and all our guests - even those who weren’t able to make it in person - played an important role in making this day happen and I’m just so damn grateful for you all. I still cry thinking about it because we really are surrounded by amazing friends and family. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
