When all of your staff are unavailable for an event where we have to prepare and serve for 60 people. You tighten your apron strings and get it done. Shrimp Alfredo, Baked Chicken Penne Pasta, Veggie Lasagna, Green Salad/with ranch and creamy Italian dressing and yeast dinner rolls/w butter. I truly love what I do.
