Our daughter treated us with a very impressive Asian inspired chicken and cabbage noodle dish last night for dinner. The meat was cooked perfectly and the veggies sautéed just enough for a nice little needed crunch!

God blessed my wife and I with two kids who enjoy learning and using their creativity. I appreciate their hard work. Good thing is, it always pays off with something tasty 😋

It’s all Greek to me… I think 🤔
Hey, my beautiful wife loved it and said the flavors were great, so I’ll take that as a win! 🙌🏾 see the recipe below ⬇️

Did a quick marinade on some sliced chicken breast. Our marinade is probably not all Greek: H-Town AP, Fresh Catch, oregano, Dijon mustard, lime juice 🤷🏾‍♂️. We then grilled them until they hit 160 and let them rest until they came up to 165+. Next, we chopped up some red cabbage, black olives, bell peppers, tomato, and cucumber, tossed that in oil and vinegar. We finished it by adding feta cheese. Served it all up along side some black beans and couscous with a little drizzle of ranch dressing.

It’s Greek enough right? 🤣

Looks ugly, tastes beautiful 😅

Do you care if your food looks good in the pic? Failed attempt at crisscross cut on these two pieces of H-Town and Mad Cow seasoned top sirloin. We seared them in the pan until medium then sliced them up into some Mediterranean salad bowls. Like we said, looks ugly, but they tasted great.
