Detroit around the world!

To celebrate , I put together a chicken shawarma . No sauce here, topped with fattoush, an herby, lemony middle eastern salad.

When I say this pizza was perhaps the best pizza I’ve ever had, I’m not joking. Grilled shawarma chicken thighs mixed into the dough while rising—topped with Boursin, cheddar/Jack and the salad—this combo made it perfeeeeect!

Used my new Detroit pan from Ooni, baked off in the . My only regret was using a 9x6 pan and not the bigger 13x10 as I wanted to keep eating it!
