We are considering hosting pizza classes next year, and looking for community input on what that should include!
The current idea is around 1.5 to 2 hours and covers:
Dough making, balling, stretching, troubleshooting.
Working with the wood ovens: temp control, ideal flame+ temp.
Getting the pizza in the oven, spinning, and out of the oven.
Main focus on process over ingredients. You should leave feeling like you can do this at home.
Maybe also includes a recipe book? Sauce, our popular pizzas,pesto, etc
