Each venue will showcase a unique theme with full setups, live hair and makeup services, delicious food and drinks, and a relaxed atmosphere. You’ll have the chance to chat with local wedding pros at your own pace, without feeling rushed or overwhelmed. This is your time to connect, get inspired, and feel what these talented professionals can bring to your special day.

Proceeds from this year’s event will go to the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Southwest Virginia!

We are so elated to announce that this past October our very own Ivy said ‘I Do’ to her love, Andrew, surrounded by their three beautiful children. Taking place in the breathtaking countryside of Floyd, VA, Ivy included antique, vintage elements that were a true reflection of her vision, creativity, and old-timey love for her family.

Ivy has been with One Fine Day for over a year now and has been an extraordinary addition to the team. She embodies the true character and values of our company and her passion for wedding planning is apparent is every piece of her work.

Who We Are

Hi and thanks so much for checking out One Fine Day Events. I am Chelsea, the owner and head planner, and I am happy to have you on our page!

Event planning has been a part of my life for over 8 years. I began my journey into wedding planning after I was a bride, so I know how exciting and potentially stressful the planning process can be. Our goal is to bring out your personality and vision for your wedding, with little to no stress on you along the way. We are partners throughout the entire process, so no detail gets missed, and you can rest assured that your wedding is being handled by a professional!

Because every couple is unique and are in a different area of planning, all of our wedding services are custom to you, so we can ensure we don’t miss anything you need. We also offer a limited number of Wedding Management clients (a.k.a day-of coordination) each year to cover those who want to plan their wedding themselves, but need someone to step in and run the day.

Life brings you enough things on your to-do list, so let us help lessen than load when planning your wedding! The day of your wedding should be a day where you get to truly shine and create memories that last a lifetime, so why not leave the particulars to us?
