This week is still a free-for-all — mix & match from ANY of our past menus. 🙌

People keep asking me what my favorite dish is… truth is, I love them all. But if you twist my arm? 🥵 Harissa Spiced Chicken, 🍤 Shrimp & Grits, 🦃 Ginger Turkey Meatballs, and 🥩 Balsamic Meatballs and those Thai Turkey lettuce wraps 🤤 always hit the spot.

Y’all… this week’s meal prep menu is honestly one of my favorites 💚 and it’s also the last time you’ll see it before we switch over to our Fall/Winter menus. Once it’s gone, it’s gone 👋🏽.

We’re saying goodbye to some real fan favorites — like those gorgeous Salmon Patties and the balsamic meatballs 😍. The new season will bring a whole fresh lineup of cozy, hearty dishes 🍂❄️, but these flavors won’t be back.

And don’t forget — we’ve added the option to boost your meals with extra protein for those of you pushing toward your goals 💪🏽.

So once you’re done with all that Labor Day cookout food 🍔🌭, you’ll have fresh, healthy meals waiting on you next week 🙌🏽.
