Natalie Kerr is an experienced band and piano teacher in and around Essex, Bergen, and Hudson Counties, NJ. Natalie Kerr has worked as a private instructor and public school band director in both Wake County, North Carolina and Morris County, New Jersey over the past 20 years. Natalie earned her Bachelor of Music Performance degree in Piano and Masters of Arts in Teaching from the University of No
rth Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2000 & 2001. Natalie Kerr has performed tuba, trumpet, and french horn since starting band in 7th grade. She performed with the UNC Marching Band, Concert Band, University Band, and Wind Ensemble on brass instruments. Natalie also played trumpet and tuba with the West Morris Community Band for 2 years. Natalie Kerr has played piano for over 30 years. Natalie performed with the NC Wind Orchestra on piano for several years, as well as performing as an accompanist for school musicals, Triangle Youth Recital auditions, weddings, and other types of similar services. Natalie served as accompanist for her school chorus and church growing up.
